The Salisbury University Department of Athletics and Campus Recreation is pleased to announce that Delia Mack has been promoted to a full-time assistant coach for the Sea Gull cross country and track & field teams.
The Salisbury University men’s and women’s cross country teams officially unveiled their 2022 schedule on Wednesday. The Sea Gulls will host three home meets in the coming fall, including their first conference championship meet since the advent of the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C).

The Salisbury University women’s cross country team, as well as women’s runners Heather Delaplaine and Sydney Ruckel and men’s runners Jason Cave and Matt Grossi, earned 2021 NCAA Division III All-Academic honors, as announced by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
