SU Featured: On the Frontlines of a Pandemic
April 06, 2020The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the world in many different ways, including right in our own community. While our country has been forced to social distance and stay at home, many healthcare workers are on the frontlines taking care of this pandemic. Tressie Windsor, a 2018 graduate of SU and a former field hockey player, is a registered nurse at Peninsula Regional Medical Center (PRMC) in Salisbury, who joined the PRMC COVID-19 Response Unit. The team is tasked with the treatment and care of confirmed COVID-19 cases as well as those under investigation. -
